		<description>It might be worth trying to automate your backups on a nightly basis. 

There is a great plugin that does that &lt;a href="http://www.ilfilosofo.com/blog/wp-db-backup/" rel="nofollow"&gt;here&lt;/a&gt;. Compatible with 2.3.1 too. I would love to take the credit for it but its not my work.

Good looking blog btw.</description>

		<description>Ack! So it looks like I'm using WordPress 2.2.x instead of 2.3.1 -- looks like it's time to upgrade -- that and I found out that there are some issues with using Windows Live Writer with WordPress (has to do with the xmlrpc.php file).</description>
